At Malundo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, you can easily return your order.
You have a 14-day reflection period, starting from the day you received your order. Within this period, you may notify us that you wish to return your item.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via info@malundo-clothing.com.
Make sure to include your order number in the subject line. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return label and clear shipping instructions.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a mistake or defect on our part, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We only reimburse shipping costs in cases of damaged or incorrectly delivered items.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method.
You will receive a full refund of the purchase amount, excluding any extra shipping fees (if applicable).
Please note: it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order after your return has been approved.
